Study on Grid-based Public Service Financial Supply Mechanism in China
Although the Chinese government has done plenty of work to improve the quality and efficiency of public services, the results and effectiveness is not as good as planning. One of the most important reasons is the financial supply of public service is till in deficient. We need to explore a new kind of effective financial supply mechanism on public service to breaking the traditional financial supply mechanism of public services. This article explore the gridbased financial supply mechanism of public service by designing a new resource allocation and operation system by means of grid principle, exploring the dynamic simulation of financial supply and integrating the dispersed resource and supplies of financial supply into an optimization system through Grid Mechanism, which can satisfy the demand of public service finance.
