Cooperative Supply of Chinas Home Care Service in the Perspective of Good Governance
With the accelerating aging and the increasingly smaller family structure, home care service becomes an important way of the future pension choice. At present, the main supply of home care service is mainly from government, but the government supply is limited, so it is difficult to meet the growing home care service demand of the elderly. As a result, how to expand the supply channel of home care service is an urgent problem. Good governance emphasizes that the government should cooperate with citizens to manage the public problems in order to achieve the maximum public interest. This idea provides a method to solve the inadequate supply of home care service problem. Based on the background analysis, the article firstly analyses the product attributes of home care service, and respectively points out the phenomenon that various parts of home care services supply is inadequate, then puts forward the idea that the government should cooperate with social forces to solve the inadequate supply problems. Secondly, it describes the necessity of cooperative supply. Finally, it defines the responsibility of different main parts of supply and puts forward the specific strategies to improve the cooperative supply.
