Psychological Empowerment to the Knowledge-type Employees Incentive Effect Analysis
In order to explore the potential capacity of knowledge-type employees better and solve the problem that how to motivate employees, this paper introduces the concept of psychological empowerment. It seriatim analyses incentive problems of knowledge-type employees through four cognitive dimensions: work significance, self-efficacy, self-determination and influence. The results show that: for the high internal control, high self-esteem, high selfefficacy, knowledge-based workers, it can make more input into the work of state through psychological empowerment in this way. Based on psychological empowerment to analysis knowledge-type employees, solving the problem that how to motivate this type of employees.
