Analysis of the Adaption of the New Modes in the Management of Scenic Spots as Public Resources in China
In recent years there appear some new modes in the management of Chinas scenic spots of public resources, namely, joint-stock enterprises, public companies, state-owned enterprise groups of all kinds of subordinate relationships, which share a common feature of the separation in property right and management right. This paper elaborates these new modes; analyzes the adjustment of the separation in ownership and management, and puts forward some countermeasures of classification in management as follows: to limit the qualification of the enterprises; the government repurchases the common resources; to strengthen the classification in management of tourism resources.
