Analysis of the Chinese Government Performance Management Barriers and Solution Path

In the 1990s, Western developed countries began a momentum grand reinventing government reform movement, surrounding the efficiency, accountability and responsiveness of government, and implemented performance management, customer strategy, control strategy, cultural strategy and core strategy, by reinventing government, improved its efficiency , performance, adaptability, responsibility and responsiveness. Response to new domestic and international situation, All levels of Chinese government adopted to pursue active management innovation for the purpose of improving performance management, has made significant achievements, but also encountered many problems. The purpose of this paper is to analyze all barriers of the performance management of Chinese government, depending on the basis of drawing on the successful experience of western developed countries, to put forward to improve solution path of the Chinese government performance management.
