Research on the Method as the Public Residential Construction Investment Company of Solving Chinas Low-rent Housing Problem

The low-rent housing as an important form which is directly related to the housing demand of low-income population in city occupies an important position in Chinas indemnificatory housing system. But since the reason that development time is short, management system is not complete enough and so on, there are many difficulties were encountered in practice. This article provides an analysis of Chinas various problems encountered in the construction of indemnificatory housing, such as low enthusiasm of local government and property developers, single project financing channel, not perfect supervisory mechanisms and so on. Specific to those problems, this article provide a method of taking the public residential construction investment company (PRCIC) as the way to solve these problems, meanwhile point out the advantages and disadvantages of the public residential construction investment company (PRCIC) in low-rent housing construction compared with property development enterprise, and come up with some improvements of the public residential construction investment company (PRCIC).
