The Key to Advance Public Credibility in China is to Improve Public Credibility of Civil Servants

摘要：

Public credibility is the foundation for a government to survive. In public view, government is abstract while civil servants are concrete and specific. Since the credit standing of a government decides public credibility of the government, the key to advance it is to improve credibility of civil servants. Some of our civil servants have the problems of governing by human instead of governing in accordance with the law, lacking responsibility, shorting of enforcement, in defecting of communication with the public or lacking supervision. Its in need to improve law and system building, intensify supervision, reinforce responsibility of civil servants and upgrade their working ability including administrating and communicating ability in order to advance public credibility of civil servants.
