Current Situation, Problem and Reform of Right Relief of Migrant Workers in China

摘要：

Migrant workers are a particular group of lower social status generated with the social and economic development in China. Their rights are frequently invaded, and it is generally hard for them to receive effective relief after the invasion of right. Based on the analysis of the current situation of right relief and reasons for difficulty in the relief of migrant workers, this thesis proposes the reform of right relief of migrant workers, in the hope of bringing more effective guarantee and relief to the rights of migrant workers. It is of important and practical significance on constructing a harmonious society and accelerating the realization of the goal to build a well-off society in China.
