The Government Research to Managing the Aging Officials through Incentive Mechanism
The aging population problem contains two significant aspects: (1) It relatively increases in the aging population and ratio in the total population.(2) It is to show social population structure present state, old age, in an aging society. International is to show the country or area of over 60 accounted for 10% of the total population or 65 years old accounts for 7% of the total population. A set of incentives and research programs is proposed in this paper for the aging officials in the government who work without enthusiasm. It can also make the governments public administration towards the scientific development, stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the economic development, and offer another great force of the economic development.
