What is Organization;Governing by Imperatives Regimes of Regulated Freedom

This paper proposes a case that organization originates when molecules inter-react to reorganize their resources together. Resources are reorganized when molecules exchange their energies and information in their inter-reactions. The participating molecules reorganize their bonded atoms and electrons into new and reconfigured resources such as reorganizing themselves into a new molecule compound. This reorganization is governed by natural imperative regimes of regulated freedoms to meet our molecules individual and collective needs. This papers narrative format relates a journey of exploration in building a unified theory and model of organization that can apply to at least to four levels of organization in the environment: (1) people, (2) all organisms, and (3) molecules, and their (4) bonded atoms in general. This paper is presented in the form narrative of exploratory journey that follows five main threads of examination as interwoven pathways of our journey to discover the nature and origin of organization: (1) Needs, (2) Organization, (3) Doing, (4) Energy/information exchanges, and (5) outcomes. Along these five pathways we examine three natural environmental imperative regimes of regulated freedom governing the need for organization: (1) the imperatives of life to sustain life, to thrive, to reproduce, and ultimately to expire; and (2)the fundamental imperative regimes of thermodynamics for energy to disperse towards dissipation (entropy) and (3) imperative regimes of regulated freedom that we have developed in governing ourselves, our cultural institutions, and our environmental resources. We begin the journey into the nature and origin of organization with a search for a place to begin exploring the question: What is Organization? We use genealogical research methods to trace the etymology of the word organization from English back through Latin, Greek to its earliest appearance in Proto Indo-European (P.I.E) rootsc. 6000 -5000 BC. We then proceeded in our journey by building a foundation theory and model of organization to guide us in exploring for insights regarding organization. In this papers subsequent sections the theory and model were used to compare the notion of organization as used by humans, other organisms, and molecules.
