Analysis on Practical Approaches for Administration by Law in China
Administration by law is the soul of modern administrative spirit and the main content of the law-based government construction. The origin and core for administration by law lies in the avoidance of public rights and put all administrative activities under the guidance, regulation and supervision of the Constitution and law. But in our countrys administration practice, there still exists the problems that administration regulation and control is weak, judicial relief institution is deficit and administration compensation is fatigue. In Chinas transmission period, the realization of administration by law should further strengthen administrative legislation to promote its perfection and maneuverability, proceed with the reinforcement of the administrative ethnic construction to upgrade the moral self-discipline of administrative subject, and fully cultivate the civic society to promote the effectiveness of supervision over administration.
