Preliminary Studies of Administration According to Law and the Path to Transportation Administration Innovation
As a crucial path to transportation administration innovation, the administration according to law by transportation departments can provide the system guarantee for the change of the transportation industry from a traditional industry to modem service industry. The paper discusses some problems in the aspects of legislation, enforcement and legal supervision related with transportation administration. It proposes the measures to effectively increase administration ability and level by transportation departments in all levels in the overall background of Chinas construction of rule by law.
