Effective Countermeasures to Develop Heilongjiang Processing Industry for Agricultural Products in the New Period
Heilongjiang Province is a large agricultural province. Rich agricultural resources are the good foundation of processing industry. And the deep processing is appropriate to translate the agricultural products advantages into the comparative advantages of the agricultural products processing enterprises. But because the varieties of highquality, high-efficiency agricultural products and high-tech, high value-added deep processing are very few, the raw materials products accounts for a considerable proportion, as a result, the agricultural resource advantage has not turned into economic advantage, a big agricultural province has not turned into a strong agricultural province. The paper is proposed for applicable mode and concrete ways to develop Heilongjiang Provinces agroprocessing industry through discussing the existing problems of Heilongjiang agro-processing industry with reference of successful experience from abroad. Furthermore, the paper attempts to explore a practical way for Heilongjiang agro-processing industry development.
