Survey on the Grain Direct Subsidy and Machinerys Buying Subsidy of Hebei

In recent years, the No. 1 Circular of the Party Central Committee focuses on the Problems of Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers. At this call, Chinese Government gradually pays more and more attention to the Problems of Agriculture, Countryside and Fanners, increasing intensity of agricultural subsidies. Hebei Province, under the guidance in the central file on the 1st, increases financial input into agricultural policy, and takes increasing the income of farmers, agricultural development and food security as important goals of agricultural policy. In this paper, based on the survey of the effect of implement food subsidies in the major grain-producing areas, Hebei Province, combining with information and on-site questionnaire survey. The investigation team respectively carries through the statistical analysis on tow sets of benefits agricultural policy food.
