Design and Implementation of HMIS Based on the C/S and B/S Mixed Structure
In order to give full play to the advantages of C/S (Client/Server) structure and B/S (Browser/Server) structure, this paper proposed a design of HMIS (Hotel Management Information System) based on the C/S and B/S mixed structure, and discussed the implementation method of HMIS on aspects of system design, system development environment, database selection, and system function, etc. The user application of the system includes all the clients, which can either works on Intranet (C/S structure), or works on Web Browser through Web Server (B/S structure). The Intranet system adopts C/S structure, while the promulgation of external information, query and reservation adopts B/S structure.
