The Motion and Sustainability of Local Government Innovation: Based on the Town-level City in Wenzhou
The local government innovation is not only the general phenomenon and tendency of political development all over the world, but also the major means of political reform in China. With the political, economic and social development, local government innovation has extended in both breadth and depth. However, after an overall survey on the implementation of these projects, we find that some problems exist in the sustainability of the innovations and the reasons are complicated. This paper attempts to make a theoretical investigation about the motion and sustainability of local government innovation according to the innovation project of town-level city in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, and provides some necessary experience or reference for other innovation projects of the local governments in China in the future.
