Public Administration Model Study in the Protection and Development of Cultural Heritage
Heritage is a precious wealth which our predecessors left us, belonging to a kind of public goods. However, in the process of protection and development in different areas, heritage has become more or less cash carrier, with outstanding imbalance in professional protection & tourism development and performance evaluation & social assessment. Therefore, this research points out that we should carry on public management to public goods, and let various type of participators be involved in, such as the government departments, the third institute, the universities or research institutions, the tourists, forming a public administration model with nationwide specialized service agency and regional knowledge training system and local personnel inheritance mechanism, in order to promote dynamic equilibrium of different interests and achieve scientific and reasonable protection and development of cultural heritage.
