Research on the Government Responsibility to Employment from the Tendency of Chinese University Students Preference in State-owned Enterprises and as Civil Servants

Recently, more and more Chinese university graduates choose to work in state-owned enterprises or to be civil Servants, the tendency is increasingly obvious. In fact, this phenomenon represents a pragmatic interest demands. We cant simply consider that the problem is the employment concept of Chinese university students, because the certain employment concept must be produced in some employment and social environment. Actually, the dislocation and missing of the governments responsibility eventually result in the demands of pragmatic interests. To fully understand the appearance of the first choice of Chinese university graduates to state-owned enterprises, we need the establishment of government responsibility and the right policy direction. The fundamental policy to solve the employment problems of university students is that government must create a good social environment and institutional arrangements for fair competition in the job market, which university graduates can participate in.
