On the Public Administrative System of National Caesaropapism of United Kingdom
The public administrative system of United Kingdom was mainly determined by the caesaropapism in the past two hundreds years as it was introduced by a empire that ruled one third of the world and is still affecting the politics of this country significantly today, hence the transformation of the public administrative system that was effected by caesaropapism in United Kingdom during last century is very important for modern international governments to learn from in improving their new forms of management. The research done by some historians recently shows the public administrative system under caesaropapisms control of United Kingdom had greatly contributed to the growth of worlds largest and strongest empire that ever existed, emphasizing the fundamental historical position of the administrative system of National caesaropapsim and its contribution towards humanity once again. Therefore it is necessary to consider the combination of public administration and national caesaropapism as a remarkable turning point in the history. However a question which cannot be answered yet is asked: what is the origin of public administrative system of national caesaropapsim and how successful the system is towards United Kingdom? This article aims to do analysis on summarizing the effects of the national caesaropapism on public administrative system by doing some comparative studies on them. On the other hand, the origin of national caesaropapism will be studied using the idea of historical materialism. In the other words, under what kind of inevitable historical background the caesaropapism was introduced will be studied.
