Analysis on the City Housing Security System in China

摘要：

The housing security system is an important way to solve the low-income housing problems. Low-rent housing program, economy affordable room system and system of housing accumulation fund also really play a positive role to meet the peoples housing needs. However, because the Housing Security System of the City in China is imperfect, as well as the lack of laws and * regulations, weak enforcement of the government, there are still a considerable large number of vulnerable groups of housing demand not to be met. Consequently, the current housing guarantee system is facing so many serious problems. This paper uses literature research, aiming at analyzing the problems of low-rent housing, housing accumulation fund and economically affordable housing, and puts forward some suggestions.
