Research on the Cooperation Mechanism between Community Social Organizations and Government in the Public Service—Taking Heping Communities in Tianjin, China as Example

The community social organizations have become important main-body in public service. The cooperation model between community social organizations and government should reflect the Chinese characteristics in public services. The case in some communities in Heping district have proven that the effect of community social organizations cooperation with the government in public services is obvious, such as the change of government functions and the improvement of efficiency in community public services; enhance the energy of community social organizations to development. However, there are many problems still need further to improve in cooperation mechanisms, such as imperfect relevant laws and regulations, the community social organizations lack of ability of service. There are many things need to improve cooperation mechanisms between community social organizations and government in public service.
