Research on Improving the Public Service Capacity of All-China Womens Federation
As a non-profit organization, All-China Womens Federation finds its orientation, takes initiative to cooperate with the government to provide good public service and undertake part of the functions transferred by the government, actively improves the public service capacity, effectively represents and safeguards the rights and interests of women and gradually explores a new effective way to public service. In implementing the service, the Womens Federation must not only work according to the laws and regulations of the Federation, but also safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the general public. It must mange the relation with the government, other organizations and the women, put forth effort to safeguard and improve the peoples livelihood, and enhance the service level and quality. This thesis has an analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the Womens Federation in providing public service, and gives consideration to how the Womens Federation improves the public service capacity effectively, so as to give full play to the characteristics of the Federation and go into good public service.
