Stakeholder Analysis of Free National Education Policy for Normal Students in China
Based on the stakeholder perspective, it analyzes the relationship between the direct stakeholders and the indirect ones under Free Education Policy for Normal Students in China. Probing into the needs and relationships of all stakeholders concerned, it puts forward policy orientation as to coordinate the benefits of all stakeholders, to establish policy performance evaluation mechanism, to strengthen the credibility and to enhance capacity of public participation and supervision.
