A Study on Legislation of Endowment Insurance System for Public Servants in China

摘要：

To improve and perfect the system for public servants with Chinese characteristics and establish a group of public servants to take people as the foremost and exercise the state power in the interest of the people have become the direction and emphasis for the reform of system of Chinese public servants presently and in the near future. Under the framework established by Social Insurance Law and based upon the analysis on specific practice of the endowment insurance system for public servants, this paper proposed the specific thoughts for the reform and legislation of the endowment insurance system for public servants in China.
