Difficulties and Countermeasures Faced for Public Interest Groups in China

摘要：

Public interest groups are the growth point of social management and public service innovation; the good helper of the government and the market; the safe valve to digest social conflicts; the platform and disseminator of creating harmonious personnel relationships in the view of harmonious society. However, the amount per capita of public interest groups in China is low, registration threshold of public interest groups is high; Groups inner management is not regular, self-development capability is not strong enough; The service quality of public interest groups is not good, social affection is not big and so on. Thus, it is very important to develop public interest groups as an important resource of social capital, to play the significant role of public interest groups on harmonious society construction.
