Analysis of Local Governments Role and Position in the Implementation of Higher Education Policy
Along with the extensive use of the new public management theory, and the deepening reformation of education system, the study on educational policy, as the frontier of the public policy, has gradually become a research hotspot in todays society. This essay will, from the perspective of the new public management, analyze the problems such as the low efficiency of local government, singleness of policy implementation commitment and the imperfect feedback system in the implementation of higher education policies, and will also provide solutions, making the government the leader, supervisor and beneficiary in the implementation process of higher education policies.
