Study on Government Responsiveness of Public Service in Rural Areas in China

摘要：

Building a service-oriented government in China must adhere to the people-oriented and civic-based principles. To supply accurate public service, government should interact with citizens, in which government response plays an important role, so improving the responsiveness of government is the inherent and inevitable demand of building a serviceoriented government. At present, government response of public service in rural areas lacks generally, so it is necessary to improve government responsiveness of public service in rural areas to achieve the target promoting the construction of a serviceoriented government comprehensively in China. By means of theoretical research and comparative analysis of ideal and real, the article works out the realized paths, which are unfolded from four aspects of ideological construction, institutional construction, process designing and vector construction, of improving government responsiveness of public service in rural areas in China.
