Research on the Governance Structure of Local Interest Conflict in Regional Cooperation
How to reconcile the conflicts of local interest, and how to achieve shared interests have always been the core issues of regional cooperation. However, the local conflict of interest is subject to the proper relationships between the regional governance structure and the institutional changed. Clarifying the relationships between the government and the market, adjustment the power structure among the central and local, rationalization the relationship of regional public administration, building regional co-management mechanism, innovation benefit shared and compensation system, all above are the essential elements of the local interests governance structures. In order to build the structure of the regional interest governance, it should follow the principles, such as benefit-sharing and harmonious development, rule of law, and efficiency.
