Analysis on the Network Governance Prospect under the Background of Chinese Newly Arising Network Citizen Society
With the development of network technology and the advent of the information society, cyberspace has become the new place of exchanges, participation in economic and political life. The appearance of network lead the transformation of traditional social to network society, individual users are increasingly becoming the new digital democracy citizens, which will help build an interactive platform for egovernment between civil and government, to promote the enhancement of civic awareness. However, the network is double-edged sword, its effect on civil society building and stability in both positive and negative side, therefore, we should give full attention and play a positive role in online media, and strengthen guidance and management work together to promote civil society and build Chinese characteristics. Network leads new public management scholars on the media and government media management, public management model and serviceoriented future values of government and direction of new research. This article explores the establishment of the network management of multiple subjects just for the participation of community self-governance, a harmonious socialist society, to provide an important theoretical basis and innovative ideas.
