From the Perspective of Political Participation on the Network Group Incidents in China

摘要：

Network Group Incident is a new, special form. With the popularity of network, it has increased the possibility of the mass participation by objectives. Network Group Incident often misleads the public to involve disputes, then results in aggravating the situation and causing the real incidents which impact is far greater than the traditional mass incidents. The greatest danger is to shake the legitimacy of the government, reduce the ruling capacity, and greatly weaken the political identity which is the best power to maintain political stability. It can be concluded, resolving the Network Group Incident plays a vital role in maintaining political stability and social development in long-term. From the perspective of political participation, this paper analysis the Network Group Incidents and puts forward the homologous countermeasures.
