On the Social Governance Functions of New Social Organizations in the Countryside of China

摘要：

The countryside new social organization is a product of the Socialist market economy developing to a certain stage. As an indispensable rural social governance main body, countryside new social organizations play the important role, responsible for social governance functions such as bridge, assistant, buffering, cultivation and so on. At present, Chinas countryside new social organizations have the legal status unclearly, lack of independence, the management mechanism not perfect, the overall quality to be somewhat low and so on a series of questions, which severely restricts the countryside new Social organizations social governance functions.Therefore, must take certain measure to promote the countryside new social organizations development.
