摘要：

The paper is a classification review on the development of Chinese science and technology intermediary institution research results. And it tries to realize the content and positioning, problems and reasons of science and technology intermediary institution. Then it summarizes the promotion suggestions, experiences and corresponding innovative thinking of science and technology intermediary development.
