Since the reform and opening-up of China, NGO has gained rapid development. The emergent and fast development is an inevitable result of the development of socio-politics and economy. In the meanwhile, the emergent of the NGO also has caused great influence over economy and society, and furthermore play a significant role in transformation of government functions in our country. This article will make a brief analysis on this.
