Improve the Internal Governance of Trade Associations in China
Institutional reform within the trade association alone the role of government is difficult to complete, trade associations will be the main force of reform. Building trade associations internal organization, in a sense reflected in the internal governance or management mechanisms. Associations internal governance, is its effective operation, to achieve the purposes of a demand-driven organization, but also the basis for capacity building trade associations. By institutional constraints, the governance of our trade associations is a typical association rules-based governance model. That is, it is established to meet the regulatory requirements is a decorative role. This makes the trade association governance, in practice there is the alienation of governance. This paper examines the governance structure and trade associations on the basis of the core mechanism, analyze the Chinese practice of internal governance of trade association problems and make relevant recommendations improve.
