The Effect of the Chinese Non-governmental Origination Identity Cracking and its Development on the Government Role Transformation
In recent years, the transformation of government functions in our country has brought a good opportunity for and had a profound impact on the development of non-governmental organizations (NGO). From the aspect of the transformation of government functions, this paper takes the current situation of the development of the Non-governmental Origination (NGO) in our country into analysis, recognizing that the development of the Non-governmental Origination (NGO) is facing the problems of their identity legalization, during which the government needs to provide more relaxed and more advantageous legal and policy space for the development of Non-governmental Organizations(NGO) to help Non-governmental Organizations(NGOs) play the promoting and supervising role and realize the social management goals.
