The Opportunities and Challenges of NPO under Perspective of Social Entrepreneurship
Social entrepreneurs is the product of the movement of social innovation, it maximizes the societal values by the idea that method is more important than result and the social commonweal supply mode which is changed by business model. The paper sums up main features and basic meanings of social entrepreneurs by marshalling foreign studies of social entrepreneurs. The paper reveals that the emergence of social entrepreneurs will change the situation that the non-profit organizations domains social public welfare; the paper analysis the double influences which social entrepreneurs bring to the non-profit organizations, and further points out that the non-profit organizations should trial the research of social entrepreneurs in venture philanthropy.
