Research on the Mode of Emergency Management between China and the United States

摘要：

In recent years, with the frequent outbreaks of emergency events and the increasing harm, emergency management is paid high attention by China government and relevant departments, following the gradually indepth study about emergency management. In view of the lack of comparative research on national emergency government mode, in this paper, we analyze the difference of local government management between China and the United States from the following three aspects -organizational, operational procedures and legal protection. Then combining reality in China, we put forward the policy proposals to make a perfect model of Chinese emergency management for national government.
