The Basic Characteristics and Trend of Sudden Mass Incidents in Chengdu
Highlights current social conflicts have brought our society sudden increase of mass incidents, social security problems and difficulties in maintaining long-term stability to propose. As a large central city of western part of china, Chengdu plays an important role in Chinas economy and social development, therefore its prevention and control of sudden mass incidents should be put more attentions on. Based on the researches, analyses and discussions about the most easily happening social conflicts, this article demonstrates the basic characteristics and trend of the sudden mass incidents and propose feasible and effective prevention and control measures, in order to build peaceful, harmonious Chengdu with a stable society. It also provides some theoretical suggestions and references about the ways of keeping our society a stable one.
