Path Dependence of Social Management in Humanistic Perspective

摘要：

Human is the starting point and final destination of social management. Social management should uphold to take people as the foremost, to apply to profound changes of Chinese social transformation positive, to play an important role of social management fully, to build harmonious society which the entire people are well positioned. Humanism is particular perspective which analyses the social practice of social management.After researching of humanism, we can know that the path of innovative social management lie in mobilizing and playing people, satisfying the need of people , coordinating relationship. The paper is trying to analyze the meaning of social management during harmonious society.
