A Study on Service-oriented Township Government Construction and Social Management Innovation at the Primary Level
The township government, as the lowest level administrative institution in the governmental system in China, directly faces the grassroots society, and directly supply services for the people, thus it is regarded as the most crucial part for the construction of harmonious society. During the social transition, it is regarded as the most pressing issue at present for township government to meet the needs of the grassroots society, understand the interests and predilection of the public, and promote the construction of harmonious society in China. With such a background, the author takes the study and makes the research on realizing social management innovation of the grassroots government through functional transition, with the construction of a service-oriented township government as a breakthrough.
