The Impact of Designated Hospitals on Health Insurance Payment Changes: Based on Dynamic Management from Perspective of Health Insurance Negotiations
The author tried to make policy of the dynamic health insurance negotiations after the payment method change. The new agreement would cause hospital behavior changes with the policy implications to the next round of negotiations. In this study, time series was used to analyze changes in behavior as an example to illustrate the hospital behavior for payment changes in a certain county hospital. The study had some findings: Though health care payment paid by the project from the bed at a charge to press, there was no significant increase in medical costs and others except for medicine costs down. Negotiate payment and other important and timely attention should be given to changing circumstances in order to fast dynamic response.
