Performance Evaluation of Public Projects in China
With the increasing scale of fiscal expenditure, the scale of public investment has increased year by year. Since 2008, in the context of the global financial crisis, our government launched a plan to invest 4 trillion, mainly used to invest in public projects. This move has quickly reversed the downward trend in GDP growth. But for a long time, topics on image projects, shabby, Pollution Engineering discussion once again are becoming the focus of attention. In order to improve blind inefficient public investment projects, interests dislocation of the adverse effects on the environment, we need to establish a scientific performance evaluation system to address these issues. This paper will discuss the performance evaluation of our current situation, put forward a sound performance evaluation of public ideas and envisage the construction of public satisfaction with the performance-oriented evaluation system for public projects.
