The Analyses of Ways to Reduce the Administrative Cost in China

摘要：

The reason why Chinese government administrative cost is very high is that cost awareness of government functionaries is very indifferent, the governmental performance budgetary appraisal system is not sound, the governmental large-scale cost is too high, the range of governmental functions is too broad, the governmental cost monitoring mechanism is not perfect. The ways of reducing administrative cost: to strengthen the consciousness of administrative cost, and optimize the quality of public servants, to consolidate the reform construction of the government itself, to intensify management by supervision and establish the administrative cost surveillance persistent effect mechanism, to consummate and optimize our country expenditure structure, to strengthen the cooperation between the government and third departments, to carry out E-government constructions.
