The Consummation of Chinese Government Information Disclosure System

摘要：

With the deepening development of running the state by law, especially since the <The regulation of Government Information Disclosure of the Peoples Republic of China> came into operation in may 2008, Chinese Government Information Disclosure system construction has made some progress. The role of the Government Information Disclosure is particularly important in dealing with public safety. Government Information Disclosure is the inherent requirement for construction of sunshine government. In general, there exist some problems in the practice of Government Information Disclosure system construction, such as lack of relating legislation, narrow scope of information disclosure and so on. In the basis of it, the paper sets forth some thoughts to set up Government Information Disclosure system. Propose that the system can be perfected through enlarging the scope of government information disclosure, widening the channels of government information disclosure, and improving the relevant laws and legislation.
