Cultivate Legal Culture of Diversity Social Contradictions Resolution Mechanism
Legal culture decides the degree of legal awareness of citizens, and legal quality is high or low, and legal behavior ability is strong or weak. It also reflects the perfection of nations legal system and the degree of implementation of the law to some extent, at the same time influence on operation mode of legal system and the development directly. Whether recessive legal culture ideology or dominant legal culture level that legal system or legal organization facilities, is the support to establish a social contradictions mediation mechanism. But in the current dispute resolution process, there is also from the conception of the system to system itself and a series of legal culture lack of foundation. Therefore, the integrating and cultivating harmonious legal culture of diversity social contradictions mechanism becomes the key of innovating social management and public management.
