Study on the Local Governments Behaviors in construing Forest Food regional Brand of Heilongjiang Province

Forest food comes from forest, which has distinct regional characteristics, Heilongjiang Province is located in the northeast of China, with the largest state-owned forest area, which has the regional and resource superiority of producing forest food. The key point to transform the resources endowment advantages into competitive advantages is exploit forest food regional brand with Longjiang characteristic. Local government plays a special role in the construction of forest food regional Brand as the particularity of the forestry system in Heilongjiang Province and characteristics of forest food industry. The article identified the concepts related of forest food regional brand, analysis the economic characters of forest food regional brand, researches the influence factors and current situation of Heilongjiangs forest food regional brand, uses Game Theory to analysis the action of Heilongjiang local government played in the construction of forest food regional brand.
