It shows people that credit is the most important content in enterprises ethics and the key element in Chinas private enterprises development. Wenzhou is the epitome of Chinas private enterprises. In Wenzhou, private enterprises experienced three phases of credit, that is, lacking credit, reflection and institution construction. And from its tortuous development comes to the conclusion: the fundamental reason for lacking credit lies in lacking institution. In order to making Chinese private enterprises develop healthily and orderly, now the basic and pressing thing is to strengthen the institution construction.
