Research on the Model of Low-carbon Economic information Platform: Taking Sanya, China as an Example
The low-carbon economy is a new mode of economic development. Its focus is the close combination of Economic Development and Environmental Protection. In order to better develop low-carbon economy, the great importance of modern information technology should never be neglected. This paper took Sanya, a international tourist destination, as an example, discussed how to build the low-carbon economic information platform from several aspects, including background analysis, the overall structure, functional modules design, etc, so as to integrate and share all information resources of the relevant parties such as government, enterprises, certificate authorities, banks, and so on, accordingly work efficiency is increased. In addition, we can use the platform to release information to the public timely, monitor, analyze and evaluate specific works, further provide good services for the enterprises and all other sections of society that participate in the development of the low-carbon economy.
