Analysis of Government Administrative Ethics Construction Based on Public Interests in China
With constant improvement in Chinas economic system of marketing and gradual reform of political system, people from various field are paying high attention to the government administrative ethics. To boost the economic development, promote the political reform and finally benefit the public, it a must for the government not only have a good administrative ethics but also abide it strictly. However, at this moment, administrative ethics deficiency has appeared a lot in our countrys administrative management field. So the importance of how to construct a kind of administrative ethics moral systems which is adapted to the era and put it into the real administrative management to meet the public interest is more obvious. This paper began with two basic connotations of government administrative ethics and public interest, discussing the important role the government administrative ethics construction plays in meeting the needs of public interest, and deeply analyze that our government is still having the administrative ethics deficiency at present. It has been found that the main reasons are the government administrative staffs and some administrations are pursuing the maximization personal and department benefit, but missed the regime of the administrative operation, and the imperfect of the legal system and less effective social supervision, According to the facts above, we propose a suggestion or a countermeasure for government further strengthen the administrative ethics construction for meeting the public interest.
