Study on Improvements in Chinese Government Credibility in Public Crisis

摘要：

Public crisis is a behavior in very dangerous situation, provided with numerous features such as public, universality and unpredictability. Generally public crisis will directly challenge the government administrative capacity. However, if handled properly, it will be a rare opportunity to enhance the credibility of the government. This paper will rely on administrative and psychology, exploring public mental evolution process in the life cycle of public crisis, digging the characteristics of the public in different stages of the process, then on the base of it seeking effective solutions to enhance the government credibility.
